We were fortunate to have great accomodations and we were able to stay in the same room. (We thought we were going to be split up guys and girls)
For each batch of concrete we had to sift the large rocks out of the sand. Kristie did this more than I did.
Even though chuchitos have been dethroned as my favorite food bu the local version of a tamale, they are still great. This was lunch under the coffee trees.

Here are some of the coffee beans we picked. The ¨beans¨we buy in the U.S. are actually the seeds in the middle of the fruit from the coffee tree.
